We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our medical negligence team at Irwin Mitchell, based in our Leeds office. The successful candidate will work full-time and spend at least two days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior team members on high-value cases
  • Identify key issues and propose solutions for clients
  • Work towards obtaining interim payments to support clients
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients

About You

We are looking for a Solicitor with a passion for medical negligence work and a proven track record of working on high-value matters. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified solicitor/legal executive with 2-6 years PQE
  • Ability to take instructions from clients and provide sound legal advice
  • Demonstrable technical experience in medical negligence
  • Demonstrable experience assisting seniors on high-value cases
  • Ability to manage own caseloads with attention to detail and seamless service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
