IT Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our small focused team in delivering across the IT landscape. This is a hands-on role that requires a customer-facing all-rounder who can perform support, deliver projects, and own the strategy for our UK arm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of our Infrastructure and Business Systems environment.
• Oversee the team's work on a predominantly Microsoft stack, with Cisco switches, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Work with senior business stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Develop and implement ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) solutions for our growing and transforming company.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Cisco switches.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the office post-probation.
