About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Engineer to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a BMS Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing energy-saving initiatives across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, agriculture, residential, and leisure industries.

Your primary focus will be on project implementation, working closely with our team to deliver BMS energy conservation initiatives. You will also be responsible for supporting the commissioning, testing, and handover of delivered BMS energy savings initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement BMS energy-saving initiatives across various sectors
  • Work closely with our team to deliver BMS energy conservation initiatives
  • Support the commissioning, testing, and handover of delivered BMS energy savings initiatives
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to design BMS energy-saving initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience integrating HVAC plant into BMS with a good working knowledge of common high-level networks such as BACnet, Modbus, MBus
  • Experience of Loxone software
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of BMS and HVAC control strategy design and operation
