Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and dynamic individual with a working knowledge of financial management systems and insurance industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional insurance advice to departments and stakeholders.
  • Process and manage claims, liaise with insurance brokers and companies.
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, terms and conditions, claims process, claims settlement negotiations, and local authority risk insurances.
  • Support the various business interests, partnerships, and members of Service Care Solutions.
  • Must have UK experience, with an understanding of UK policies, local authority experience, and insurance experience.
  • Desirable to have chartered insurance institute qualifications or experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial management systems and insurance industry practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a small team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of local authority risk insurances and claims process.
