Central Planning Manager

Role Overview

OVO Energy is seeking a highly skilled Central Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Forecasting & Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving business outcomes through effective supply and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply and demand planning models to deliver targeted business outcomes
  • Deliver budget outlooks and monthly re-forecasting with robust audit tracking
  • Drive forward resourcing solutions through ownership of recruitment plans and supplier locks
  • Ensure timely delivery of monthly forecasts aligned with key internal customers' timelines
  • Work with Operations teams to capture relevant inputs and optimize the plan
  • Walk down variances to previous budgets and forecasts, presented monthly
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivery and expertise in business and resource planning
  • Experience working in a technology, business transformation, or business analysis field
  • Structured and disciplined approach with ability to build networks and foster collaborative ways of working
  • Experience in fast-paced, complex, and innovative businesses with rapid growth and expansion
  • High energy and proactive leadership skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. You will also be eligible for an on-target bonus of 15% and a range of green benefits and progressive policies to support your wellbeing and lifestyle.
