About the Role

The Senior Employment Solicitor will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on employment law matters to senior executives and employers.
  • Contributing to the development of the firm's employment law practice.
  • Undertaking fee-earning work in the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
  • Delivering a high-quality commercial legal service, ensuring compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 6-9 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A strong track record of dealing with employer advice and senior executive matters.
  • Specialist knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
