About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Reed. As a Graphic Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing evolution of our brand by developing and executing compelling visual communication artwork and documents that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be supported by the Digital Marketing Manager and have the opportunity to work proactively, with plenty of opportunities to grow, develop, and showcase your creative talents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Brand Guidelines: Ensure consistency across all marketing materials by developing and maintaining our brand guidelines.
  • Create Engaging Visual Concepts: Design and develop compelling visual concepts for marketing campaigns, including print and digital media.
  • Design and Evolve Marketing Materials: Create a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and infographics that align with our brand identity.
  • Develop Compelling Visuals: Design and evolve compelling visuals for presentations, webinars, and trade shows that showcase our brand's message.
  • Support Social Media Graphics: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media graphics that align with our brand's visual identity.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Design Trends: Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to ensure our brand's visual identity remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in a design environment, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Design Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
