The ideal candidate for the Architectural Technologist role will possess post-qualification experience collaborating with house builders on residential projects, demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related field
- CIAT membership in pursuit of Chartership
- Experience with medium to large-scale projects
- Proven track record working with house builders on substantial residential developments
- Essential proficiency in AutoCAD
- Preferred experience in job running
- Excellent technical drawing capabilities
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Post-qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience across all RIBA stages
- Ability to produce high-quality residential layout plans
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to contribute to company growth
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of technological advancements
- Local residency in Newcastle Upon Tyne
