Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the New Brighton area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and social activities.
  • Work closely with our Branch Nurses and Care Staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Good professional and personal references.
  • Enhanced DBS/PVG clearance, Right to Work, Reference, and Employment History checks.
