About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell aggregates and muck away services to groundworkers, concrete plants, builders merchants, and housebuilders
  • Generate new business relationships and expand existing ones
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a turnover target of circa £200k per month and a gross margin of £20k
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry, ideally with both
  • Strong new business skills and ability to generate new leads
