Project Co-ordinator

Comex 2000 UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Co-ordinator to join our PIA Infills team in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end coordination of customer delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Effective management of job queues and queries, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Daily interface with Programme Managers, suppliers, and regular conference calls to ensure seamless communication.
  • Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Management of planned start dates and completion dates on internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Input and management of Streetworks Noticing end-to-end process for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Act as a liaison between Programme Managers and internal teams to provide timely and accurate updates.
  • Monitoring and updating internal customer systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Raising and actioning Streetworks Notices from start to finish.
  • Liaising with field and management teams daily to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in proactive coordination and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication or civil engineering is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and consistently.
  • Experience of NRSWA standards and guidelines.
  • Customer service training is desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience managing databases.
  • Flexibility to undertake work outside core working hours.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
