Job Title: Trainee Traffic Management Operative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our traffic management team at Fibre Networking Solutions, a rapidly expanding company with big growth ambitions. As a Trainee Traffic Management Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe delivery of traffic management services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up safe traffic management sites in line with National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB, and 12C, and relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Undertaking risk assessments in line with traffic management policy.
  • Working with a team leader to provide mentoring and support on a day-to-day basis.
  • Managing traffic sites, including planning, implementation, and risk assessment.
  • Working outside in all weathers, so a willingness to get wet is essential.
Requirements:
  • A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A team player with a dynamic and willing-to-learn attitude.
