Job Title: Structural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Technician to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of BIM protocols and procedures, preparing BIM operation procedures manuals, and providing technical support to engineers and other technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the BIM Manager in the development of BIM protocols and procedures within the Practice.
  • Prepare a BIM operation procedures manual.
  • Provide technical support to engineers and other technicians.
  • Attend site if required and respond to site queries.
  • Meet KPI's, targets, and allocated time given on a project.
  • Resourcing and managing time.
Requirements:
  • HNC or HND in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven practical and relevant experience.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the use of CAD and knowledge of 3D draughting packages and BIM.
