Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and analyzing quotes for all project requirements from subcontractors and suppliers within designated timelines.
  • Utilizing relevant software tools such as Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Office suite to enhance efficiency.
  • Providing leadership and expert guidance during Bid, Project, Commercial, and client review meetings, as well as supporting negotiation processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar capacity within the construction sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • This position offers a standard workweek with onsite parking available.
