About the Role:
Bristol Street Motors Peugeot Derby is seeking an experienced Motability Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Motability Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to an already well-established customer base.
- Showcase our range of vehicles and services designed to make the buying experience enjoyable and stress-free.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and building a customer base in the local area.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry (12 months minimum) - Motability accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic).
