Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently handle payment processing.

- Proactively follow up on customer inquiries to guarantee satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives established by management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven sales capabilities.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with computer systems and webchat applications.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
