Job Title: Female Support Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team and provide support to a 13-year-old girl with complex needs, including cognitive difficulties, cerebral palsy, and autism. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the young person with personal care, engaging her in activities she enjoys, and promoting her independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the young person with personal care and daily living tasks
- Engage the young person in activities she enjoys, such as music therapy, dance class, and swimming
- Promote the young person's independence and self-confidence
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the young person
- Assist with meal preparation and household chores

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and use of a car
- Experience of working with children, particularly those with complex needs
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Calm and patient approach, with a consistent and empathetic demeanor
