Job Overview

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the smooth operation of our lifts.
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager.
  • Problem-solving and working independently to resolve issues.
  • This role does not involve regular call-outs during working hours, and you will not be required to participate in an out-of-hours call rota.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working with lifts and a comprehensive understanding of lift engineering principles.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential for this role.
