Financial Services Administrator Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing company in Arundel, providing financial planning administration support to a team of Financial Advisors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking efficient administrative support, including processing and chasing new business, obtaining illustrations and valuations, and accurately updating information on the company's back office system.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisors team
  • Process and chase new business
  • Obtain illustrations and valuations
  • Accurately update information on the company's back office system
  • Prepare documents for suitability reports
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Prepare client meeting packs
