Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team at Cookhouse & Pub The Brickfield. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests.

About the Role:

As a Grill Chef, you will be part of our kitchen team, working closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our guests, including grilled meats, vegetables, and other menu items.
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Working effectively with our kitchen team to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and to a high standard.
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Grill Chef, you will need:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent cooking skills, with the ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
