Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Sales and Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance, ensuring that our guests have an outstanding experience with Village Hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer enquiries, demonstrating a clear understanding of our hotels and services.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ensure accurate and secure capture of customer information, adhering to GDPR and PCI regulations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating to relevant stakeholders as necessary.
  • Perform administrative duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications.
