About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to lead our Women's Health Service at Compass Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ultrasound services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sonographers to provide comprehensive ultrasound services
  • Develop and implement ultrasound protocols to ensure best practice
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Conduct 3D and 4D ultrasound scans for fetal development and maternal health
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery
Requirements
  • HCPC Registered or NMC Registered
  • Extensive experience in obstetrics and gynaecology ultrasound
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexible working approach to meet the needs of the service
