About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Technician to join our team at Octopus Energy Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the installation of low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team of two to install low-carbon technology in customers' homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.
  • Use your knowledge and experience of domestic heating and plumbing systems to prepare and install unvented cylinders, pipework, and radiators.
  • Plan and communicate with the wider team and customers.
  • Continuously learn about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 plumbing qualification (or equivalent experience) and plenty of experience on the 'wet' side of domestic heating systems.
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Future opportunity to grow and develop towards a fully qualified Heat Pump Engineer.

  • A competitive base salary of £26,000 - £30,000 with overtime available (+ London weighting if living within M25).
