About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HSQE Coordinator to join our team at Ganymede Solutions. As a key member of our executive management team, you will provide critical support to our HSQE Director, ensuring the smooth operation of our health, safety, and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document important information on relevant IT packages, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist with the production of compelling presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Provide support with HSQE elements of bids and tenders.
  • Arrange travel for the executive and senior leadership teams.
  • Organize training courses and themed 'stand down' days.
  • Manage the day-to-day diary for the HSQE Director.
  • Produce clear internal and external communications.
  • Attend meetings with the HSQE Director and take concise minutes.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. Organizational skills are also essential, including experience with diary management, booking travel, and arranging accommodation for the executive and senior leadership team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and a matched pension scheme.
