Production Team Lead Opportunity

ISQ Recruitment is working with a leading FMCG company to recruit a Production Team Lead for their manufacturing plant in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an operational team on shift, ensuring self-sufficiency, adherence to safety standards, and achieving quality and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Health and Safety Management: Manage health and safety issues during the shift, promoting a Zero Accident mentality.
  2. Performance Management: Conduct regular Pareto analysis to identify and address top areas for improvement.
  3. Shift Operations: Oversee shift performance management, disciplinary actions, and resource management.
  4. Training and Development: Facilitate necessary training and development for all team members.
Requirements:
  1. Formal health and safety management skills training (NEBOSH, IOSH).
  2. FMCG experience is essential.
  3. Engineering aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or technical).
  4. Proficiency in IT and MS Office.
  5. Ability to lead by example and motivate a shift team.
