We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our CAMHS Rapid Response team at Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health assessments and interventions to young people in crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective care plans for young people in crisis.
- Provide short-term interventions and follow-up support to young people and their families.
- Lead shifts and supervise other clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Maintain and develop key relationships with professionals, patients, and families.
- Ensure accurate clinical record-keeping and contribute to the development of clinical governance.
