Your Role
In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Account Directors and Executives to manage a portfolio of corporate clients. As the primary contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, adjustments, and additional insurance quotes, you will play a vital role in meeting their needs effectively. You will also engage with the market on behalf of your clients and conduct face-to-face meetings as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Commercial Accounts effectively;
- Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal insurance solutions for clients;
- Engage with the market in line with our broking strategy;
- Establish and maintain professional relationships;
- Provide guidance on existing products and promote additional services;
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries;
- Prepare and distribute proposals and policy documents;
- Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and new business quotes;
- Stay informed about market trends and developments;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings;
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations;
- Complete all administrative tasks in accordance with company procedures;
- Ensure fair treatment of customers by assessing their specific needs.
