Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, using voice technology to streamline the process.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, rotate stock, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects, and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
