Guided Solutions is seeking a motivated Surgical Sales professional to enhance their team as an Area Manager for the ENT division. This position will focus on the South London and South East England regions, particularly in South Thames, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. The primary clientele includes ENT specialists, maxillofacial surgeons, theatre staff, outpatient department sisters, speech and language therapists, and head and neck nursing professionals.
This role provides a competitive salary along with an attractive bonus structure, allowing you to join a dynamic team within a flourishing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promoting ENT medical devices within surgical settings across the NHS.
- Exhibiting strong technical knowledge of the products.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships within ENT, Maxillofacial, and neurosurgical departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device sales, particularly within an NHS theatre context, is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years in medical sales is preferred, with ENT experience being advantageous but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- A degree or equivalent education is preferred, though candidates with a proven sales record may be considered without it.
- Ideally, candidates should reside within the South Thames, Surrey, Sussex, or Kent areas.
- A valid driving license is required.
