**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and repairs on our machinery, identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, and assisting in the installation of new machines and upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist in the installation of new machines and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to identify and implement continuous improvement projects
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**

  • Relevant engineering qualification and experience in FMCG operations
  • Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, as required
