Building Surveyor - Sustainability Specialist

Brandon James Ltd, a leading consultancy based in Cambridge, is seeking a well-rounded Building Surveyor to strengthen their versatile team. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to work with a variety of clients and have a fast-tracked journey to more progression and further responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of schemes across the commercial, industrial, retail, and office sectors, carrying out predominantly professional bias services including dilapidations, licenses to alter, ppm's, surveys, and party walls.
  • Pioneer projects focused on sustainability, dedicated to developing approaches that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, ultimately lessening environmental impact.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A consultancy/private practice background
  • Strong technical knowledge
