As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our colleagues to deliver high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase sales
  • Lead and motivate our team to achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective new members, showcasing the benefits of our gym
  • Oversee health and safety, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently
