We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Hub Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team of colleagues to achieve high-quality results and excellent customer service
- Ensure the efficient operation of our dry cleaning services, including ironing, pressing, sorting, washing, and steaming garments
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
