Job Description:
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a primary school in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have experience in behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Inclusion Manager to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- Provide one-to-one support to a student with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to behaviour support
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN and behaviour needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with students and making a positive impact
