We are seeking an experienced Technical Author to join our team for a 6-month contract to support a crucial phase of one of our programs.
About the RoleThe program is approaching its end phase but requires high-quality documentation to ensure long-term success. You will work closely with both technical teams and the commercial partner to ensure all aspects of the solution are captured and communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the documentation aligns with our long-term needs and is accessible for non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with commercial partners (e.g., IBM) and navigate the intricacies of public sector environments, understanding the challenges of rigorous, slow-moving processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to capture and communicate all aspects of the solution.
- Proven experience as a Technical Author, ideally in public sector or large-scale IT projects.
- Ability to work with commercial partners and navigate public sector environments.
- Experience working within government or public sector projects is desirable.
