Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Banstead Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities that promote the development of our children towards key milestones. You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers, ensuring the well-being and safety of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the needs of each child
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner who possesses a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. You will have a passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child, as well as the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
