This position entails providing high-quality, specialized advice on taxation, trusts, and succession planning, adhering to all relevant guidelines and internal service standards established by the organization and regulatory authorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Delivering expert advice and services in the following areas:

  • Wills and Estate Planning
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Trust Deeds
  • Taxation matters including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax
  • Preparation of tax returns for individuals and trusts, along with other necessary HMRC documentation
  • Trust and probate accounting
  • Administration of trusts, probate, and estates, including calculating distributions to beneficiaries
