About the Role
We are seeking a talented Development Graduate to join our team at The Guinness Partnership, a leading provider of affordable housing and care services in England. As a Development Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our Development team in managing ongoing projects and submissions for new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Development team in managing ongoing projects and submissions for new business opportunities.
- Learn and develop skills in monitoring the defects management process, assisting with appraisals for existing stock, and collating performance data/financial MI.
- Prepare and process a broad range of documentation on behalf of the wider team.
- Work closely with the Development team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, or Civil Engineering.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Analytical approach with intellectual rigour, effective problem-solving, and sound judgement.
- Taking ownership of casework and being an effective team member.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritize work.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
