About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Assessor to join our team. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the needs of individuals with disabilities and providing recommendations for support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities to determine their needs and eligibility for support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports of assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for individuals with disabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in disability assessment.

Requirements:

  • One year post-registration with the NMC/HCP as an RGN/RMN/RNLD or Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or overseas equivalent experience.
  • Computer or IT skills are essential.
  • Typing or keyboard skills with an ability to type at 30 words per minute.
