Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Design Lead to join our team at SoftPath Technologies. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop user-centered products and services
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions meet business requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on product design
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful design projects
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools
  • Experience working in the banking or financial industry
