CFO Evolution Community Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team at CFO Evolution. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in a community environment, helping them to overcome challenges and reintegrate into their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Closely collaborate with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to ensure effective case management and coordination of risk.
  • Ensure all contractual targets are met, including timely notification of concerns regarding change in individual risk to the Probation Service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in probation/social care or working within the criminal justice sector.
  • Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.

  • A competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
