Job Overview

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Counterparty Credit Risk team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing tools to measure, monitor, and control counterparty risk for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic projects for Counterparty Exposure Product Development
  • Develop and enhance tools for the measurement, monitoring, and reporting of counterparty exposure
  • Work closely with in-business risk managers, second-line risk managers, and risk senior stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle and scope product releases
  • Perform data analysis, document as-is and to-be states, and gather requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives for effective, accurate, and timely risk management and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial industry and banking
  • Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery, preferably in product development
  • Knowledge of various analytical tools
  • Understanding of financial market products, counterparty credit risk concepts, and data integration
  • Excellent project management and business analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, technology, economics, or a related field
  • CFA/FRM will be a plus but not necessary
