About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Mechanic to join our client's warehouse team in Bermuda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of forklifts, including condition monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance, and general diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete condition monitoring, planned and reactive maintenance of forklifts, predominately side loaders
- Perform ongoing maintenance, general diagnostics, and repair of trucks, HGV's, and forklifts, and other heavy equipment as required
- Diagnose faults and complete subsequent repairs
- Perform safety inspections
- Assist with stocking, order preparation, and product restocking
About the Company
Our client is a market leader in the Bermuda area, and we are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Forklift Mechanic to look after our small fleet of eight forklifts.
About You
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Forklift Mechanic who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, and be able to diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.
