We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing large-scale paid media campaigns via Meta and Google, while leading the planning across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement account strategy, including complex, cross-channel media plans, to drive business growth and revenue.
- Media Planning and Buying: Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid media campaigns via Meta and Google, including YouTube, GDN, Gmail, and Search, to achieve client objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Lead the planning across client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns and best-in-class media planning across multiple media channels.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Forecast spend and performance accurately, communicating clearly internally and externally.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes and services to add value to existing clients and ensure their experience with Realtime Agency is best-in-class.
- Project Management: Project manage complex workflows and multi-team projects, ensuring all client projects are delivered within agreed SLAs.
- Account Operations: Oversee internal account operations, including onboarding, account setup, reporting infrastructure, communication channels, asset organization, and troubleshooting issues.
- Account Growth: Onboard new accounts and manage account spend, leveraging opportunities to grow existing accounts organically on existing channels and identify additional commercial opportunities where appropriate.
- Contract Renewals: Proactively manage contract renewals by implementing innovative strategies that drive impact beyond the client, project, or team.
- Performance Marketing Background: Performance marketing background with a proven track record of success in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Data Analysis and Handling: Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau) and outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Well-organized and flexible, able to move from project to project without delay, with a passion for digital marketing and learning.
