About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our team at Fulwood Barracks, Preston. As an Evening Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • A part-time schedule of 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm to 10:30pm.
