The Opportunity:
Wordbrew is a fully remote organization seeking a Project Supervisor for Content Marketing to enhance our creative team. In this role, you will collaborate across various departments, including Writing, Editing, and SEO, to oversee the execution and daily management of project deliverables, supporting significant business initiatives. As a representative of our client's brand, you will embody the Wordbrew content team's values when interacting with business partners.
Project Management is central to Wordbrew's operational framework, recognized as the primary resource for processes, priorities, and project specifics. You thrive in collaborative environments and can handle multiple project workflows from start to finish simultaneously. You proactively offer thoughtful solutions to accommodate feedback or shifts in timelines. Your passion for empowering businesses through quality content is evident, and you excel at managing expectations with partner teams. As a Project Supervisor for Content Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Oversee project assignments, develop comprehensive project briefs, and act as the main point of contact between clients and our writing network. You will establish and uphold delivery schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Content and SEO Consultation: Offer insights on effective content marketing and SEO strategies to enhance client projects. Advise on best practices to improve online visibility and engagement, utilizing your extensive experience to ensure content resonates with target audiences.
- Client Engagement: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including conducting introductory and regular synchronization meetings.
- Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with your client roster, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Customer Success: Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and potential value, while developing strategies that bolster both customer loyalty and team revenue.
As an Applicant, you will bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Management capacity, preferably within the Marketing sector.
- Experience leading both small and large-scale, intricate creative project deliveries for cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently with minimal oversight.
- A collaborative work style with exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all levels of leadership.
- Proven capability to set priorities, remove obstacles for teams, and meet deadlines.
- A strong sense of ownership and urgency, characterized by an optimistic, results-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail alongside the ability to maintain a broader perspective.
- The capacity to use positive energy to sustain personal and team momentum.
- Familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
- Fluency in spoken English and impeccable written communication skills (non-negotiable).
