About the Role:
Aspion is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in the Transport and Logistics sector. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, suppliers, and clients to optimize the flow of products from suppliers to end customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Order Processing: Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the Transport and Logistics sector.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software: Experience with Sales Force would be an advantage.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible start times available.
Job Benefits: This is a temp to perm role, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team upon successful completion of the probationary period.
