About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our team at Trant Engineering Limited. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical systems and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a site team to ensure the safe and efficient installation of mechanical systems
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Monitor and control quality and environmental activities to meet company standards
  • Prepare and review Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure site safety
  • Provide regular progress reports to the M&E Project Manager and clients
  • Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place for confined space work and temporary works
Requirements
  • HND/BEng in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • EUSR Water card
