Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's finance team. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business, including the production of accurate and timely financial reports, leading and developing the finance team, and providing strategic financial support to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the production of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, including the Management Accounts and Accounts Payable teams.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the FP&A team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Qualified CA or ACCA with extensive post-qualification experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Financial Analysis: Advanced financial analysis and modelling capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to drive process improvement and deliver results.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
