Job Title: Field Service Engineer, X-Ray

Fujifilm Healthcare UK is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer, X-Ray to ensure the smooth operation of our medical equipment. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining X-ray equipment, installing and demonstrating new systems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues
  • Install and demonstrate new X-ray systems, providing training and support to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of new equipment
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the service team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery
Requirements:
  • Completed training or studies in Medical Technology or a related field
  • Experience in the operational management of a service desk, including ticket systems
  • Methodological competence in ITIL processes, including incident and problem management
  • Strong service and customer orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a structured and process-oriented approach
